Delivery Lead Time

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner, GDEX or Poslaju. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days to Klang Valley area and 3 to 5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia.

Posting Terms & Conditions

  • Bonsai deliver by post will be desoil and pot will be removed, this is to avoid break of pot which may cause damage to the plant.
    邮寄盆栽将会作少量去泥，花盆或者塑胶盆也不包含在内，这是为了避免花盆或者塑胶盆破裂而伤害到盆栽的，请稍微注意。
  • In order to ensure plant reach customer safe and health, we only post plant from Monday to Wednesday. For urgent needs, please contact us for further arrangement.
